(NYSE: NBL) until his retirement on January 31, 2015.  Mr. Brown joined Noble Energy in 2005 in Noble Energy’s merger with Patina Oil and Gas Corp. where he served as Senior Vice President.  He was Director-Piceance Basin and Engineering Manager for Williams Companies and Barrett Resources respectively from 1993-2004.  He also worked in various capacities for Union Pacific Resources and Amoco Production Company.  Mr. Brown graduated from the University of Wyoming with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.   Most of Mr. Brown’s career has been focused on exploration and production in the Rocky Mountain basins in Wyoming, New Mexico, Utah, and Colorado.

Mr. Dickinson held the position of Director of Operations along with Production and Development Manager titles for Noble Energy from 2005 to 2015 and served as the Completions Manager for Patina Oil and Gas prior to their merger with Noble Energy. Mr. Dickinson was employed by Schlumberger as District Manager – San Juan Basin and worked in various supervisory positions from 1995 to 2004. Mr. Dickinson graduated from the Colorado School of Mines with a degree in Chemical Engineering and Petroleum Refining.

2014 until September 2019.  Mr. Pachner held the positions of Director Domestic Finance; Controller Domestic Finance; and Senior Finance Manager for Noble Energy (NYSE: NBL) from 2005 to 2014.  He served as Senior Finance Manager for Patina Oil and Gas prior to their merger with Noble Energy.  Additionally, Mr. Pachner held the positions of Finance Manager and Senior Financial Analyst for Gerrity Oil & Gas Corporation from 1992 to 1996.  Mr. Pachner graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a BSBA in Accounting.

Mr. Sterling also held positions as Vice President of Exploration for Nahama & Weagant Energy Company, District Geologist for Challenger Minerals, and Geologist with Argo Petroleum in California. Mr. Sterling has a B.S. degree in Geology from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, and a M.S. degree in Geology from California State University, Los Angeles.
